How do I sign up?
Download the Mindbody app, select your membership, fill out the forms, and schedule your classes! You can also stop by the front desk and we can help you!
Do you offer membership discounts?
We are proud to offer membership and package discounts for students, teachers, military personnel, first responders, and qualifying Munson employees! Just bring a valid ID and proof of enrollment (if you are a student) and stop by the gym in person to get started.
What should I wear?
Wear your favorite workout attire and athletic shoes. To keep our gym clean and safe, we do not allow outside shoes. Please bring a pair to change into.
How experienced should I be?
No experience is necessary! We welcome everyone of all ages and stages to join us.
Can I hold/suspend my membership?
Our members always come first and we’re happy to work with you if the unexpected happens. Fill out the form here to contact us and we’ll get back to you.

We’re located on US-31 in Traverse City, Michigan. Our full address is 2751 US-31, Traverse City, MI 49684.
Do you have locker rooms/showers?
At this time, we do not have showers or locker rooms. However, we do have two unisex bathrooms.
